The applications are in Microsoft Word format. You must download the application to your computer in order to complete it. You can complete the form by hand or on the computer. Return the completed application to Mandy Edwards, the HPC Planning Department liason, at Mooresville Town Hall or by email.

Design Review Step-by-Step

One of the most misunderstood aspects of the HPC’s work is the Design Review Process. We will soon be posting a Design Review step-by-step guide. We hope to clear up a lot of confusion and debunk those myths and provide accurate information make the design review process easier to understand and follow.

Landmark Process Step-by-Step

The local landmarking process begins with a preliminary application and ends with a public hearing and a vote by the Mooresville Town Council. But the real hard work happens in between. The HPC has created a flowchart (in PDF format) to help you better understand the process:
